As a c̶o̶n̶t̶r̶o̶l̶ ̶f̶r̶e̶a̶k̶ Type A person, this has been one of the most challenging things I've had to learn!
I know it's easier said than done- but 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 (not to mention super frustrating).
